Here at Doctor Sputnik HQ, we do love a bit of Sigue Sigue Sputnik. Well, more than a bit, a lot, a helluva lot. So, when we were thinking about which track should be our debut release there was only one choice, our tribute to Sputnik frontman Martin Degville. We just love that SSS beat.

But what about the B side, the good old c/w. Well, we are also massive film and television geeks who love pop culture. What better pop culture icon is there than David Hasselhoff? The Hoff…. c’mon. His breakthrough role was that of Michael Knight in Knight Rider, a firm favourite here we can assure you.

So, our debut single combines our two loves in the form of “Deggers Plays Pop” and “Michael Knight Saved My Life”.
